I LOVE a healthy breakfast.
It starts my day off making me feel bright eyed and bushy tailed! Ready to fight the day off feeling like I helped my body rather than became its arch enemy.
I know sometimes it's hard to fit Breakfast in and I understand that 'just five more minutes' snooze button is right there, so easy to press, and I know that extra bit of sleep tastes so much better than food ever could! BUT as your mum would say "breakfast is the most important meal of the day" and she isn't wrong among the many other thing she isn't wrong about (you only find out when you hit 20, don't worry if you aren't there yet and she's still wrong about life lol!)
So what this leads me to is LOTS of healthy breakfast post's and boring the life out of you... After all you can make breakfast fun and most of all tasty!
